The secondary data involves the research conducted by other researchers that are available in the form of books, journals, reports, articles or any previous studies such type of data would help researcher to gain more knowledge and to have better understanding towards the subject(Remenyi et al 1998). Secondary data was collected as the part of information as it saves time and the certain are of the subject is already been researched. Previous researches based on quality and project management in Indian telecom were also analysed. This eventually helped gain more knowledge from the previous studies and thesis done by other researchers. Limitations of research There were very few limitations encountered during the process of collecting valuable information for research. Maximum response for questionnaires were obtained and also the interviews were carried out efficiently considering the factor of deadline for the research and even properly schedule the interviewees and respondents in the respected timeline. It was more important to get appointment prior before and need to make sure not to disturb busy schedule of the interviewees. Conclusion In this chapter our methodology shows that there are many ways of collecting, accessing and analysing data. Having researched studied various types of the methods, it was concluded that best approach for the collection of the data was triangulation method that would lead to feasible results for the research. The main reason for this approach is because this method combines the information collected from both the techniques such as quantitative and qualitative research which eventually proves to be more consistent and impartial as information is been gathered from various sources.
